Huxley Game, Massively Multiplayer Online First Person Shooter Game, MMOFPS

I've been searching the forums, and moast of the population says "Your gona have to pay to play Huxley." If so this is going to be another game that I cant play like "Planetside" or "WOW" because I am only 13 and dont get any money. The most crapy part about this is, I've waited for a game like this for my entire gaming expieriance on a PC (when I was age 10). I played games like UT 2003, DOOM 3, and recently started playing alot of MMORPGS, and hoped to god, game developers would get smart and make an MMOFPS. Then came PlanetSide, and I got turned down again because of the payment issue.

Dont tell me Huxley is gona let me down too =(

Yes you obviously might have to pay around 12 bucks a month.

This will most likely have a monthly payment. Basically all MMOs have a monthly payment.

Heh, I guess I'm not gona b playin this game =( , Unless I could bribe my dad into paying for the monthly fee (prob wont happen). **Takes deep breath** Man I hate letdowns. I'll prob never find a game that is free to play that is a decent MMOFPS. ERRG! I was looking forward to this game too. Or does Huxley have an offline mode? I know it wouldnt be near as good, but heck! It would be better than not experiencing the gamplay.

Know it does drag when you have to count on others to pay for games, monthly payments, or computer upgrades for that matter because you cant do it yourself.

On a brighter note...Just think, when your a little older... whether its when your 16, 18, or 30 like me... you can do whatever you want!

The types of crap your going to be able to play when your 30 will make all this look like the games I played when I was young! When I was your age, or a little younger... I was hitting a ball back to my component... LOL...

Anyways, once your 16... find a job and save so you can make those monthly payments year round... if you had parents like mine that only let you work during the summer

Start saving your allowance now and by october you should be set to play.

your in luck :D for planetside. soon they ar releasing fodderside a 1 year trial which will be limited in rank, but still you will get a flavor for the genre.

first its getting the moeny to pay monthly, then its trying to raise money for a new computer just so you can play it. it doesn't get better when your older, it jsut changes.

Heh, I got a good system, and If I wanted to, I could tweak Huxley to run at 300fps. (I know the UE front to back) Its just the payment that I cant deal with. I could use allowance, but I dont get allowance.

this is what u do.. save up ur lunch money.. give around 20$ to ur dad and ask em to pay 1 month.. if u buy 1 month u basicly get 2 months cuz 1 month is free... and for some reason in WoW i only payed 1 month but i actualy played for a total of 5 months and they never charged me for some reason.... and they never stopped my account..

birthday, christmas, easter (maybe). try and scrap some money together, turn it over to the rents and ask them to pay subscription style.

Unfortunatly, it appears this game will have a monthly fee. However, some companies are doing what they can to make games like this free within the next 3 years.

As for the one who said they payed one month and got 5 months free on WoW, i did the same thing. I payed the 1 month and they never cancelled my subscription. I think it lasted for a little under a year, like 9 months. After that i cancelled my subscription and uninstalled WoW because i got bored of it.
