I'm not sure about the whole Europe thing.
It'll be downloadable off of IJJI.com for free so I assume that as long as you can get onto IJJI's website, you'd be able to play. I'm not sure if they'll have EU servers though. We might have to wait for the open beta to start so we can check if they are testing servers in EU as well. I don't want to get your hopes up but for some reason I think they will.

well i can get on ijji's site but S.U.N. is a game on ijji and i cant play it because of where i live (austria). every other game on ijji i am able to play. so i hope huxley will be one of these games :D

They planned on having the game for NA and EU from the beginning so I can only assume they still plan on it.
