Re: Enforcer Weps & abilities?
well, i dont think anyone atm can say for sure what its going to be like, but i can give u my guess...
i think, they will move faster then heavy and such, might have some special moves, like dodge stuff and such... and as u self state then shotgun might be a weap they would be able to use very well, other weapons hmm... maybe something like ligtning gun / plasma gun, from UT/Quake.. something alike that is my guess... |

Re: Enforcer Weps & abilities?
I wonder if they'll give enforcers some melee weapons - maybe something like the energy sword off halo2 or something, and something to make it easier for them to get close to thier enemies since they are a close range class, maybe a skill where if you have your target reticle on someone you can do a super-speed dash type thing with special rocket boots or something, but who knows?

Re: Enforcer Weps & abilities?
Don't know about enforcers getting cloak, but I'm pretty sure the phantom (sniper) class gets cloak until they fire off thier sniper rifle, apparently that breaks cloak.

Re: Enforcer Weps & abilities?
also different ammo types like AP rounds and du tips also you should be able to mount it with a bipod i think a bipod should deef be somthing should be able to buy along with bigger ammo case like a ammo backpack with 10000 rounds in it or Ap rockets or just a grenade launcher should have ammo casses but for specific ammo like 5.62 AND 7.62 or shotgun shells also it should be able maybe put sum1 in a choke hold from behind and be able to break neck shoot in ehad cut throat or just mug em and throw em of the building or use them as a hostage this is ganna be the bets class with 200 ppl + minigun + lots of ammo= a good time

Re: Enforcer Weps & abilities?
I can imagine them giving us perhaps increased armor regen benefits or some kind of shield bonus since we will be taking a lot more hits moving slower then the other classes.

Also, perhaps Enforcers may have the ability to carry more ammo for allies into combat. Maybe we can even loot ammo off fallen enemies. This is all speculation of course though.

Quote:
"No matter which character you choose, obtaining qualification to use certain weapons depends entirely on the licenses you acquire. In other words, the weapons and armor you use do not depend on what character you created at the beginning." So in other words, all weapons are available to us depending if you purchase the licenses for it. For example, an enforcer could run around with a sniper rifle but the classes will most likely give benefits to weapons normally used by it. I've also heard that depending on your class, there will be reduced costs for those weapons as well. |

Re: Enforcer Weps & abilities?
I shouldnt really use the word "class" as the article goes on to say how every player will begin in almost identical conditions. Only by progression will they begin to shape their playing style through the use of licenses. My best guess would be that the first couple of lvls we get a feel for the game and then through the use of liscense points depending on what you choose, i.e. heavy armor, heavy weapons etc. you become an Enforcer.

Re: Enforcer Weps & abilities?
I was watching "Future Weapons" the other night on Spike TV about the AA 12. I wouldnt mind having these in Huxley. This weapon is amazing, theres almost no recoil and it requires zero cleaning or lubrication not to mention a variety of different shells that can be fired including ones with a 9 foot burst radius.
